Happy Spring!

Happy Spring, my friends… just kidding — we still have another month (or two) of winter to go ❄️

If you know me, you know I send reminders every winter to residents in all the buildings I manage: during freezing temperatures, please trickle the faucets, keep the heat on if you’re away, open cabinet doors, and take all the precautions we talk about every year. And yet… somehow, every winter, a pipe still breaks , sometimes more than one.

So when a friend recently posted a social media challenge saying, “Ask AI to create a caricature of you based on what it knows about you and your job,” I had to try it. This is what the AI came up. Honestly, it felt a little too accurate :) If you look closely you will notice the radiator in the picture :)

Thankfully, the job isn’t quite as stressful as it may seem, and that’s because of the amazing partners we work with. Our heating vendors, plumbers, building engineers, and handymen are the real heroes , the ones who answer the phone at all hours, in all weather, and help keep buildings running when things go wrong.
